Hi Walter, Just to let you know the needle fit fine, I was very excited to receive it. It all started when I told my granddaughter I had the Alvin and the Chipmunk records, from the new movie. Dug out the old player but the needle was gone. Anyway all is well and we are playing the Chipmunks record, along with a lot of others. She thinks its great. Thanks again for helping me show her how I listened to music, and reliving a little of the past! Karen

Dude, you guys are great, THANK YOU !!!!! Love you guys, I am now not only listening to my records again but sharing a bit of the Rock 'N Roll past with my daughter. She actually asked me, "What's that thing spinning". Thank you for returning my youth and bringing the family even closer to each other by giving us another issue to share.
I received the needle in a flash and installation was literally a snap, I started using the record player a day later because I wasn't aware that the package had arrived. FAST SERVICE !!!

I spoke with you last friday nite c/o the cartridge/needle for my Technic turntable(SLB27U)
After speaking with you I took the cartridge Technic (P24) out. to see if it had the 4 prong on the on the end that plugs back into the arm & it does. So since I've placed the order all I can do is wait on the mailman to bring the cartridge/needle in order to hear some good ole Jazz.

Thank you very much for exchanging needle 864/DS73 for the cartridge that was incorrect for my Garrard phonograph. The instructions for installing it were simple, and the phonograph is now in operating condition!
I mailed the cartridge to you last Friday, March 14, and am sure you have it by now. I also thank you for the refund of the difference in cost.
You have been extremely helpful, and I want you to know I appreciate it.

Thank you for the information and your prompt response. I placed my order, so you should have it soon. I'm happy that you have the needle, as my gradchildren have discovered the wonderful children's records that their father grew up with. They love listening to music and stories, but they damaged the needle.

Great Service I thought I would never find this needle
