Diamond Needle for Turntable
Excellent service! A local audio speciality store told me that you don't get a new needle by using a specific number for that needle. This was done in the 1970s, but today you bring in your turntable and they will match one for it, or might have to change the cartridge to match the new needle! Wow! I ordered a replacement new needle for my "old" Fisher Audio System MC712 on 4/14/10 and received it today, 4/19/10! Installed it, works GREAT, and is exactly the correct needle! Very Good Service, GEMM and NEEDLEFINDER! Took only 5 days total, from across the country - Florida to Oregon! THANK YOU!

What a pleasant buying experience!I called loking for a needle for an obscure Turntable. My cell phone kept cutting out,but Walt Rubino was patient and just kept calling me back until we got a secure connection. Not only did he find the correct needle,but he kinda walked me through the payment process until I was completely satisfied. In a day when business is getting a (well deserved) rap on the knuckles,it's nice to encounter a company so deeply concerned with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
